26th Annual Day celebration
Every year, SCAD Polytechnic College celebrates an annual day almost at the end of the academic year. This year also the 26th college day was celebrated together with SCAD BEd, SCAD TTI, SCAD ITI, and SCAD School for Special Children, today (18/03/2023) at the Babu Auditorium, SCAD campus Cheranmahadevi. The program was conducted in the presence of honorable Chairman Dr. S. Cletus Babu. Mr. N. Vasantha Prabhu (General Manager, Nova Carbon, Jacobi Group of Companies, Gangaikondan, Tirunelveli) was the chief guest, and Mr. M. Feroz Khan (Senior Consultant, Infosys Ltd., Trivandrum) was the guest of honor. On this day, a video about the social work of SCAD Group was projected. All the institutions that celebrated their annual days also projected their annual reports for the academic year 2022–2023. There were cultural programs of students from all the institutions. The students who achieved well in the board exam of October 2022, were given prizes. Staff members who got centum results in their subjects were also honored by the chairman. Mr.Thambidurai, General Manager/SCAD Campus, and Dr. S. John Kennady, Director of Admission and Activities/SCAD Group of Institutions, were also present for the college day celebration.
